SEVEN?!? wow, that's pretty old

After a VERY yummy french toast breakfast (with bacon, of course), we told her she could open her BIGGEST present...

YES, she actually WANTED clothes...
So that she could look like THIS for her "Fashion Designer" Birthday Party, planned in very specific detail by herself. (What a GIRL!)
As soon as friends arrived, they went straight to designing.
Don't you LOVE the blue abstract piece? Coleson didn't really want to "outfit" a model, so he took his own approach, making sure that he could at least use some siccors and a LOT of glue.
Then, they designed their own hair embelishments and walked the "red" runway (aka our bathroom towels laid out on the floor...but they still rocked it!)
Fancy Lunch Time: as dictated by the AMAZING party planner! The menu: little cut out sandwiches, spinach/poppyseed salad with BACON, orange slices, and apple juice with sprite in it...
And what better way to end a fashion party than by eating pumpkin pie?! She thought it would be PERFECT...that was her "cake" request...and, by the end of the party, she felt OffiCiAlLy 7.
Which meant, I (no, WE) clocked out for the day and fed her this: for dinner. (yes, those are frozen chicken nuggets, with ketchup, yuck!)
Mainly because she had already decided to strecth her special day out and do the rest of her family presents on Sunday. And also eat her REAL birthday dinner: Corn Chowder with BACON sprinkled on top, warm sour dough bread and some more of that BACON sprinkled spinach salad...YES, Kinzie LOVES bacon!
