Shopping for shoes because the older kids keep insisting on growing out of theirs...
These 2 usually end up at TJ Maxx or Harris Teeter when it's cold outside while they wait for their older sisters to finish their Singer's Company practice.
They don't mind too much because sometimes the Harris Teeter bakers think they're pretty cute and give them giant free cookies.
She loves trying things on--especially shoes
hats
and jackets
oh, and the occasional "found treat" (which she not only steals from siblings but then manages to smear evidence of her stealing all over their special homework)

We use a LOT of sidewalk chalk
These 2 also agree to play with the neighbor while their mom teaches the girls' piano lessons. This is all we have to show for Thanksgiving actually happening this year...
a mess, chocolate turkeys, and happy kids.
(thanks to the Wallins, we only supplied potatoes and then enjoyed a WONDERFUL dinner in spite of Ty working all weekend--my original plan was a Costco chicken and a few super easy sides)
Evaleigh and I also enjoyed eating "thanksgiving lunch" at the school with all three kids (took 2 hrs because their lunch times are all different, so that may be why we never got a picture with Coleson--I think by that time E was in melt down mode)!
