summer fun

The girls had a wonderful time at CERTL camp.  We are so proud of both of them for getting in and then working so hard (during 2 weeks of their summer break).
Evaleigh enjoyed going outside and soaking up the sun in her cute little sun hat.
Coleson LOVED going on top of daddy's work for a picnic during one of the girls' camp days (this was the only adventure he had for the two weeks because mom wasn't ready to leave the house more than necessary).
Makinzie was thrilled to do a few weeks of tennis
Which ended with a day long tennis camp where she was able to watch a match from the Winston Salem Open.

So SLEEPY

Especially when she would get out into the sticky summer heat.

We especially love how snuggly she is when she gets sleepy and her wiggles die down.

Blessing Day

Why do we need more pictures??
Grandma made an amazing dress!
She looked beautiful, in spite of the fact that we got to church late, couldn't fit her into the carseat with her dress on, so we had to throw it onto her AS Ty walked up to bless her...a bit stressful.  We were so glad that we were able to bless her while Papa was here (and Nana was helping regulate on the bench :).  And gratefully a good friend was able to type up a copy of her blessing (word for word), so glad she did that for us!
She was NOT thrilled to take pictures afterwords though.

Papa was nice enough to pose for this awesome "new camera" shot!
She also took several during their morning walk together...
She was happy to be playing "princess" with Coleson in her new Tangled dress from Grandma.  (which has a matching dress for her Samantha doll)

turned 6! and she was thrilled that Nana and Papa were here to celebrate...

...and so were we because they MADE the party. They also helped with anything and everything else that week--SOOO grateful they came!

DANCE

Addellyn was able to do a year of dance...

She wasn't sure that she loved dance class, but she did love dressing up for the recital and putting on a little bit of make-up.

She was absolutely adorable up on stage!  But, I guess she'd rather stick to tumbling...
