a test, made fun

As Tyler continues to refuse to grow up and get a real job, he continues to have to take tests.  Since the testing center is in Charlotte and he scheduled it on the Friday before Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, we decided to take advantage of the long weekend and go with him.  We stayed at a hotel with a pool and went to the Discovery Center.  We even went out to eat, which is always a highlight for our deprived children.

The kids could literally spend hours playing with these Keva planks building things.  Okay, I'll admit it, I could too, since they are very fun.  Maybe if Ty EVER! decides to finish this madness we'll be able to afford some of them.
Coleson even got chosen as a volunteer for the presentation on light, which made his day (and nearly ruined Addellyn's).  Sure glad we got to go have some fun to celebrate another test behind us.
